| How
do I place an order? |
| Give
us a call at 1-513-874-2508 between 10am-7pm EST (Eastern Standard
Time) with the item numbers of interest. A customer
service representative will be very glad to assist you
in any way possible. Please have your credit card
information ready if you are planning to order with a
credit card. Please use the live help feature of this
website if you have any questions about ordering. |

| You
can pay by one of many possible methods of payment,
whichever is most convenient to you. |

Cashier's
Check/Money Order
You mail a cashier's check or money order to
one of our offices and it will be deposited into our
account. Upon verification (usually 24-48 hours), your
order will be shipped out immediately. All engines and
parts will be inspected once more and engines will be
cleaned while your check is being verified. However,
all checks must be cleared before your order can be
shipped out. You will receive more information on whom
to send the cashier's check/money order to once you
have finished placing your order. For your security,
Cashier's Checks are more traceable in case anything
goes wrong. |

Visa/Mastercard/Amex
You can use your credit card to place an
order with us. Once you have placed your order
with your credit card, all engines and parts will be
inspected once more and engines will be cleaned while
we await the verification of the cardholder and the
funds. Once the funds have arrived in our account and
we are able to reach the cardholder by phone, your
order will ship out immediately. |

| Will
x engine fit in my x vehicle? |
| Perhaps
one of the most common questions we receive, this
question cannot be answered precisely. The truth is,
with enough time and money, you can make any engine
fit into any vehicle. But for the rest of us who don't
have unlimited funds, we highly recommend that you
consult a qualified professional mechanic who can
answer that question for you, and do it with the least
amount of problems and for a reasonable price. If you
do not have a designated mechanic yet, we strongly
urge you to find one before you do your swap. Only a
qualified professional mechanic can ensure you will
have minimal problems with your engine swap. In simple
terms, you are responsible for doing your own research
first, but as we have noted earlier, with unlimited
resources, any engine can fit into any vehicle. Our
staff can only offer you limited amount of help when
deciding, because we don't want to be held responsible
for any unforeseen problems. Your mechanic should be
the one to trust on this one. |

| What
is the mileage on these engines? |
| There
is no way to confirm the actual true mileage on each
engine unless the entire front half (the car clip) is
purchased. But when you receive our engine, you can
tell by the condition that we follow strict quality
standards. We check the mileage of each engine on the
odometer of the vehicle that donated the engine to
ensure it has a very low mileage depending on its year
of manufacturing. No matter how low the mileage
is on those motors, you don't want a dirty, burned up
motor in your car. |
